The SofTechnics 2009 Users Conference will take place this year at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa in beautiful San Diego, CA, April 19-22, 2009. The theme for the conference is “Managing the Customer Experience” and will feature keynote presentations by industry leaders and customer success stories, breakout sessions featuring technology experts, in-depth product sessions, solution forums, and opportunities to network with SofTechnics solution partners, as well as a little fun too.

In addition to significant presentations by key retailers and industry leaders, the 2009 Users Conference will conduct six industry and solution focused workshops and three roundtable sessions.

A high point of the conference will be the new Solution Partners Technology Zone, which will demonstrate SofTechnics’ ability to deliver complete retail solutions to complex business problems through strategic partnerships.

As we try to do every year, we believe that this year’s agenda will achieve a good mix of education, recreation, and unstructured time for everyone to network with the retailers, the SofTechnics team, and our business partners.

Please set aside these dates and register to attend a guaranteed productive and enjoyable 3-4 days of work and play. For those of you who will arrive on Saturday, we have fun activities planned for you on Sunday, topped off by the opening reception on Sunday evening.
